How to obtain Drops after completing the first Challenge Room or Boss Challenge Room on a run when playing as Tainted Samson. Must be done prior to Depths.

Starts with 4 charges when picked up, and becomes Tainted Samson's pocket active item.

Can only be used as Tainted Samson. Attempting to pick it up as any other character will make them use Blood Rights repeatedly until they die.

This is an Epiphany unlock challenge item - picking it up will disable achievements for the rest of the run, and display the Epiphany door icon on the HUD.

While heldGrants entrance to Challenge Rooms and Boss Challenge Rooms regardless of health. The doors can still appear closed, but will open upon touching them.

Completing the third Challenge Room or Boss Challenge Room on a run will spawn a trapdoor that leads to a 2x2 room filled with throwable pillars and waves of Philistines.

After defeating 8 waves of Philistines, Tainted Samson will be teleported to a new room where Tarnished Samson is held chained. A Double Bomb will be spawned in the room. The two pillars must be broken with an explosion in order to unlock Tarnished Samson and end the run.
